Newsletter October 2011

Dear Parents / Caregivers

Our final newsletter for Term 3.    I would like to start by congratulating the students who participated in our Annual Arts Festival.  The students put together their acts in 8 weeks and what an awesome show!  I would also like to thank our tutors and staff who assisted in making this show possible.  Job well done!

Please remember:

Term 3 ends on:               Friday 7th October at 3pm.   A good time to get school uniforms repaired and cleaned, ready for term 4.

Term 4 begins on:            Tuesday 25th October at 8:45am.  (Monday 24th is Labour Day!)

STUDENT LED CONFERENCES

I would like to thank those parents who made the effort to attend these.   If you were unable to attend and would still like to have an interview please make contact with the office.  We had a lot of positive feedback from this.  A full written end of year report for all students will be completed in Term 4.

FAMILY PORTRAITS

Sunday 16th October at school - $15 - if you did not receive a form for these, have your child collect one from the office.  If you have a completed form, please return it to school.  This is not just for our students; friends, neighbours etc may also complete a form to have photos taken.

All profit from this event goes to our school.
